Alison has lived and worked in France for over 20 years and has spent a large proportion of that time in property management in the Cote D´Azur.
Alison has excellent first-hand experience of life in the area, as well as the challenges of property hunting in the region and therefore is well placed to guide clients on their own property hunting journey. Alison is based in the South of France.
jo carre
Jo’s career has been in governance, risk and compliance in a private wealth management background. Jo has qualifications in both administration of wealth management structures and compliance, as well as a law degree, and has a career spanning over 20 years in this sector.
She therefore understands the importance of independence and integrity as part of the house buying process. At the same time, Jo has always had a passion for property, having bought and renovated her first house aged 18 and then moved onto further properties, including in both the UK and France. Jo has undertaken a number of projects in France and is fully conversant with all aspects of property acquisition, including analysis of suitability, the legal process at purchase and the practical administration side when taking ownership and beyond. Jo is bilingual, both written and spoken, French and English, therefore can assist at all stages of the property purchase process with an independent perspective.
Mel Carre
Mel has lived in France for five years and in that time has renovated one property and started on a second.
She has experience in navigating the property market as well as understanding of the purchase process. Mel assists in identification of suitable properties for clients, be that for rental or purchase. Mel is based in Nouvelle Aquitaine.

Property Finder: (all France)

After completing our short questionnaire and having a video meeting, we will work with you to identify properties that match your search criteria using both local, national and international agents and other sources. We will shortlist the ten properties that we think best match your needs on what is currently available in the marketplace and provide a bespoke report setting out how they score against your criteria. Our criteria look at proximity to amenities, type of property, purpose of property and whether or not you need income from it, as examples. We will also include a list of all properties we have reviewed within our report to you as an appendix so you can review them yourself.
Property Finder plus: (all France)

In addition to the Property Finder, we will obtain more precise locations and observations on the top ten properties we have identified, as well as make enquiries relating to any property development or planned government development such as wind or solar farms near you for the top ten results. We will also liaise with vendors or their agents on any remedial works identified and any quotes existing owners have obtained and pose any questions to agents that you have.

After having a video meeting, we will work with you to identify properties that match your search criteria using both local, national and international agents and other sources. Given the often fast paced rental market, especially in zone tendues (high demand areas), we will email potential matches across to you as soon as they are found. We will arrange viewings with the agents, help you prepare your dossier, assist with identifying a suitable Guarantor and review the lease to translate it for you.
RENTAL Finder platinum
